I have been using this tablet at home on my wireless network and it's been fine. I am now in hospital and am not sure how to reset it so I can get onto the internet. Anyone kind enough to help please make it words of one sylable! Thank you very much.

Are you sure that the hospital actually has a wifi service available to patients? (You can't connect to what doesn't exist!).
