Sound Out Of Sync

Bought a samsung led tv and the sound and picture are out of sync on some programme`s ( not all) it goes through a tivo box,don`t know if that matters,any advice ?

(Simply restarting your Tivo box might help)

Unsure if it is related but on ITV hub I sometimes get sound and vision out of synch. stopping the action and going back a bit tends to resynch it. If you go through a Tivo box maybe it has a similar issue.
