Hp Refill Ink

Hi,
I have got a canon pixma MG2450. Can i use the hp ink refill set in these cartridges or are the colours slightly different. My hp printer gave up the ghost and now i am left with an abundance of colours.

I never use refills as they generally arent as well developed as the proprietary inks so they might clog your jets and sometimes cause problems with the copper tape on reused cartridges.
