^^^ If you just mean that the menu bar is missing (so that you can't see 'File', 'Edit', 'View', etc), simply right-click at the top of your screen and put a tick against 'Menu Bar'.
If you've got the menu bar but 'Bookmarks' is empty, please post again. (Firefox keeps back-up copies of your bookmarks file, so all is not lost!).
You seem to have reset Firefox (i.e. returned it to its 'out of the box' state), resulting in the loss of all your extensions. (To check, go to Tools > Add-ons > Extensions to see what's there).
Crossed posts! (I hadn't seen the 'green line' bit).
As you seem to have partially reset Firefox anyway, it might be best to do the whole thing properly BEFORE what I've just written. To do so, go to Help > Troubleshooting Information and click on Refresh Firefox. That takes your browser back to its 'out of the box' state but still preserves your bookmarks.
