It seems Windows can offer, so can the browser, and I'd guess the site could offer too. In which case the cookie is the most obvious place to hold your information and if you deleted it ?
Has this started since you started clearing the cookies, or updated the programme that clears them ? Maybe it is now deleting ones it hadn't previously and you need to except AB & FB.
Do you get the same issue with all browsers ?

Hi again wendilla, maybe you could have a look at your settings if you have them set to clear cookies or history after every session. (most browsers use a cookie to remember your details). You could try the "Manage Exceptions" option in the settings menu and when asked to add FB and AB to the exceptions box. ie Facebook.com or Answerbank .com. The easiest way to ensure you get the domain address right of course is to copy and paste the url to the box provided after using the Manage Exceptions button. It may have only recently started ask you to log in because there has been an upgrade of some sort that has taken your settings to a default state that is deleting cookies and history.
I'd be inclined to think that whether a copy of your screen is kept in your PC's cache for faster viewing, is not the issue with the log-in. The issue is whether you are automatically logged in when you actually visit the page. Looking at a copy of what the page was last time you downloaded it, isn't the same.
You say you are using internet explorer as a browser wendilla. Hopeless browser by the way) Do you know which version 8, 9, 11, (on ie8 this way a regular issue and virtually un-fixable) Also what Microsoft system are you using? 7,8, or 10? Being set to Automatic means that ie is looking for a Proxy Server. If thee is no proxy server try unchecking it and try option 1 . If you are running 10 I would recommend the Edge browser. And anything else but ie on any other system.
