Windows 10

I have bought a new PC today, as my trusty old 10 years-old trusty Packard Bell died on me over night.
I have managed to get the new Lenovo one to work but I am completely unused to Windows 10 !
When I access AB, I am missing about an quarter of an inch all around, so I need to address that. Where is the start button and how do I access the Control Panel ( if indeed it still has one ! )
I shall also be wanting to change over my Norton anti-virus software, from the now defunct PC to the Lenovo, but I shall leave that until Wednesday.
I am using my small Acer notebook at present.

So my problem still seems to be the zooming....if I could reduce that a smidgeon, I think my problem would be solved.

Mikey if it has come with W10 loaded I can only assume that it is starting you up using the Edge browser. If so on all pages you should have a row of symbols top right of the page just below the top bar which shows any opened tabs. One of the symbols is three horizontal lines (called the hamburger) this the left of the four. Far right of the four will be a row of dots like this ... Left click on them and you will get a drop down menu. Other wise either press the key with the windows symbol or click on the windows icon bottom left on the screen.
Thanks hc...that works
I think I have found the solution...
start button
Settings
Advanced display settings
I have changed the resolution to 1152 x 864, and it all looks OK now !
Thats all for now folks but I may be back in the morning, for my more advice

PS...is there a petition I can sign to bring back Windows XP ?

Mikey if I am not mistaken Lenova products are sold to use a browser of their choosing that I am almost sure is a Russian browser, you will need to get your own browser up and running and if you are running W10 you have the Edge browser already installed. You are also loaded with the new defender security system with W10 and do not need any third party bolt on security systems. I am using Edge and Defender and have kicked AVG and Norton well into touch.
If that's not enough for you, try Libre which will read Word Docs and save in that format
