slide the centre button to answer maybe?

What have you tried ? What does the user guide say do to answer a call ?

thats the problem there is no user guide! i only bought it 2 days ago, and was busy getting used to texting and whatsapp, i stupidly didn't find out how to carry out this seemingly easy function, i had to travel to the south of spain today, so cant very well go back to the shop now. you have to see it, i've had 5 calls today, and no matter what i do, press, the screen, try pushing all the buttons on the phone, no joy! so will try motleys suggestion.

I've got a new Motarola, when someone calls I get 2 options on screen with a central (virtual) button, slide right to answer, slide left to 'busy' good luck

I'd agree with trying to slide (a green button) not press
