Lg Chromebase

I have a LG Chromebase all in one browser, model No. 22CV241. My problem is that I am unable to connect this to a printer. The handbook talks of Cloudprint.
but gives no information on how to connect. I have an Epson XP520 printer.
Can any one point me in the right direction, plea

Thank you Murdo. Yes, I have followed the instructions and am still no further forward. The google instructions are confusing. In one paragraph you are told that it is not possible to connect using a USB cable the following says that it is possible. I have bought, today, an Epson xp332 printer allegedly Cloud print ready. As usual with Epson the instructions are useless, and I feel that I'm wasting my time and money to connect a simple browser to a printer.

Thank you Buenchico. I have followed the link you suggested, but the result is the same as the reply i gave to Murdo. I have bought an Epson XP332 printer supposed to be Cloud print ready but I'm no further forward.

Can you get all the way through the instructions in my link or do you encounter an error? (If so, what error message do you see or how else does the problem exhibit itself?).

If you get through it all successfully, which app are you trying to print from? (Some aren't compatible with Google Cloud Print).

thanks again Buenchico. I am stumped by the first question on that link. What is the IP address? I have no idea. It says that it can be obtained from the control panel. I see nothing there. As I can get no further than the 1st. question it would appear to be a dead end. as for an app what is that? I have heard of them, of course but as to what form they take I don't know. I am sorry to say that you are dealing with an out and out amateur. Computing is a closed book to me.

If you've not already done so, connect your printer to your router, as follows:

If your router has a 'WPS' button, see 'Setting Up Automatically by Pressing a Button (WPS)', starting at the bottom of page 46 here:

(Note the the 'access point' referred to in those instructions simply means your router).

If you've not got a 'WPS' button on your router (or if connecting it that way doesn't seem to work), follow 'Setting up Manually', starting on page 44.

Once you've got your printer connected to your router, print out a Network Status Sheet, using the instructions starting at the bottom of page 53.

The Network Status Sheet will tell you the IP address of your printer. Now return to the link in my earlier post and see if it makes any sense to you!

Once more many thanks, Buenchico. My router does have a WPS button which I duly pressed following the instructions. However, nothing happened. I then tried the manual approach and all went well until I was asked for the SSID number and password. How do you enter a number and password on a printer without a key board? Thanks for trying, but it seems that it's a lost cause, it's my fault for buying an LG browser!
