Best Mobile Network . International. Data Roaming

i am currently on giffgaff , i live in UK. i spend only 2 days in UK. i work 5-6 days per week in EIRE south ireland .
my spend per month in eire is 20 euro top up on 3mobile which gives me unlimited.
my spenmd per month on giffgaff is £10 which gives me 500 mins and 500 MB data.
wondering if it is better to just keep one sim card in and get a bundle on some network which will do me for international roaming instead of me having to change / swap sim cads all the time. i would like to just keep one number. its a bit of a pain when friends r=try call me when im away to work in eire.
what would you do ?
