Yahoo Keeps Intruding

I'm running MS Office Suite 2010 on a Sony Viao with Windows 7.
Just lately when using Firefox I find that Yahoo intrudes to take over as my search engine.
I then take it off and reinstate Google, but a couple of days later it happens again.
Do any members know if there a solution to this which will keep my preferred search engine as Google?

It looks like the default search engine in Firefox has been changed to Yahoo.
In Firefox, click on the "hamburger" (3 parallel lines) at the top-right of the screen) to open the menu and then choose "settings".
The tab down the left-hand side will allow you to open "search" and there you will find, and be able to change, your default search engine.

Thanks for the suggestion bhg481, however when I click on "hamburger" I don't see Settings. I do have Options which I get to by clicking Tools and Options. I change the search engine back to Google but it is only temporary. That's my problem.
When you've done "3 lines" > "Options" > "Search" & selected Google, try unticking any others from the "One-click search engines" box, so the screen looks like this - http://tinyurl.com/zcldofg

Not sure if that'll do it, but worth a try I feel. Also, do you have any Extensions that you don't recognise (or maybe that you do know, but have installed recently) that might be Yahoo connected? If yes, disable or remove them, restart F'fox & see if that's done it.
sorry, it was "Options" I meant.

It seems that something you've added or updated recently is the culprit. I've had a recent update to Flash Player and, each time, it tries to get me to install Yahoo (I think). Did it catch you?

Thanks Lie-in King. I get the same menu as that, however there is no button to say "Save". You can just withdraw from the page and hope for the best.
bhg481 it happens to me without any upgrades.
