Is it possible to copy videos from an ipad to a flash drive ?

I've tried usung Copy Trans Photo but when I drop and drag the video it shows as a black screen. Users of this programme might understand what I mean.

I have read somewhere that it's not possible to make this transfer. Any suggestions ?

Cheers..

If you've got a desktop computer (or laptop) available it's going to be far easier to transfer them to your computer first and then copy them to a USB drive.

Thanks, Chris. I think I've succeeded doing it your way but the video plays upside down (!) and there seems no way of up-ending it.
( Windows Media Player). Any ideas ?

Thanks again.

Windows Media Player is solely a player and doesn't have any of the basic editing functions which almost any other media player has. The only way to invert a video using Microsoft's free software is to play it in Windows Movie Player.

However WMP is rubbish anyway. VLC is about a zillion times better

Open your video in VLC. Go to Tools > Effects and Filters > Video Effects > Geometry. Put a tick in the Transform box and select Rotate by 180 Degrees from the drop-down menu. (Remove the tick before playing another video, otherwise it will also be rotated).
^^^ Typo!
