Hello All,

I downloaded the Easy Label printer (free download) and when I tried to use it, the "settings" page had an "Apply" and "Help" option which were Greyed out. I wrote to the makers and they said it must be my printer (?) which was misconfigured. So I uninstalled the printer and re-installed it with no effect. i did the same with the Easy printer programme, also with no effect. Has anybody else used this tool as it appears perfect for what I need, except for this small problem.

Well, I've just downloaded it driect from studiosoft, and the settings page has neither an Apply, nor a Help button. It has OK and Cancel. http://www.studio-soft.co.uk/download.shtml

Where did you download it from?
There seem to be quite a number of different products, all calling themselves "Easy Label Printer"

I downloaded it via the Bing search engine through cnet and its by Studiosoft.

Studiosoft have just emailed me and advised there is a 3.1.1 new version just out and I had the 2.2.5 (old)version which was the only one mentioned last week. I`ve yet to try it. Best answer to TheChair though, he got it right, but on the latest version!
