Now, when I press backspace, it only does it once then I have to wait a second or two before it works again.
Also when I type, I get a clicking noise with every key?

Didnt use any liquid, so think I must have pressed one of the keys that dont do much. Thanks.

Unsure what to suggest except maybe something has worn out. It's possible the clicking sound is from your PC speaker if you have set something up accidently. See what a different keyboard does.

Thanks OG,
Its a new keyboard, and its only hapened since cleaning it.
Just found out, that I cant press any keys continuous either, like my Backspace, and have to wait a few seconds.

The clicking noise is coming from speaker when I type! :-(
Time for a new keyboard - there are some fab ones to choose from. I bought a great full sized keyboard from Tesco for £8.
Might be worth checking “Filter Keys”
Open Control Panel
Go to Ease of Access Centre
Find the link called "Make the keyboard easier to use"
Make sure "Turn on Filter Keys" is not checked

Thanks Bertrum,

thats cured the problems, and another one as well, :-)
HOW did you clean it?
If you washed it (yes, you can do this - it's not recommended, but it can be done), you won't have a working keyboard for a few days, as it has to dry COMPLETELY before using.

The best bet, if it was wetted to clean, is to remove it from the laptop, turn it key-side down and attack it with a fan - a good trick for this is to sit the keyboard between two chairs and have the fan blow up at it. In the meantime, you can always use an external keyboard with the laptop as a temporary solution.
