I am trying to Enable the Samsung Gear App on my Samsung S7 Edge as it is showing as Disabled in Play Store. How do I go about enabling it as it won't allow me when I press the Enable button? Thank you.

This suggests that having a different app disabled also disables the Samsung Gear app:

Perhaps something similar might be happening on your phone?
