Setting Up Email

I have a newish laptop, on which I'm trying to set up OH's business email account. It is a non-standard account, by which I mean not gmail, hotmail or hosted by any of the big well-known ISPs.
We used Microsoft Outlook on the old desktop. There is no email client type thing installed on the lappy. Is there a free substitute for MS Outlook available? It has Windows 10.
