I Have A Motorola Moto E 2Nd Gen Phone

Can anyone tell me how to print photos off it in laymans terms ?
I have the printer set up already for my camera to do the same. It came with a cable.

download your photos to your comp ,click on the photo, print off from there

Since there aren't any printer drivers available for your phone (as there are for a PC) you can't print directly from your phone. You'll either have to transfer your pictures to a PC and print from there (which is what I'd do) or go via Google Cloud Print.

If you've got a cloud-connected printer (and, of course, a Google account) you won't need a PC. If you've got a 'bog standard' printer you'll need to transfer data via your PC.

With my camera I transfer to the desktop and print. I guess it is the same set up. Do I need to add my phone to devices on my comp

If you've not already installed the Motorola USB driver to your PC do so now. The link is here: https://download.lenovo.com/motorola/content/images/rnt/rnw/img/enduser/dm-windows.png
Once you've downloaded the file to your computer, double-click on it to run it.

The you should be able to connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable that came with it. Your computer will 'see' your phone just as if it was an external drive (such as a USB pen drive), enabling you to access (and print from) the image files on it.
