I have just had an ebook mailed to me but now it has arrived in outsook express it will not allow me to open it.....any ideas how to do this...thankyou

You need to save the document outside of Outlook and then open it.

Go into outlook and find a "Save as" option (maybe right click on the document icon) and save it to your hard disk.

Because this is sent as an attachment some Outlook systems are setup to stop people opening attachments because a lot of viruses are sent as attachments. 

You can override this within Outlook but for security reasons I would suggest you leave it set as it is.
