Car Inspection

hyundai accent 1996 ,bought new battery yesterday,had to disconnect, went to get my car inspected and these 2 things is NOT READY,can someone please tell me what to do to solve in order to pass,please be specify cause being a woman I am newbie at tech stuff,do i need to drive and if so how long,any tips welcomed,thanks in advance [, Secondary Air System 02 sensor a/c refrigerant,and catalytic converter efficiency heated catalyst

Probably better posted in motoring forum: I'm not knowledgeable about car mechanics but I'd suggest getting your local garage to fix it for you.
