The calls that they say maybe recorded for training ect.. as in my case it's evidence.

Also are we the public allowed a transcript of the call?

Having worked in call centres calls are kept for at least 6 months possibly longer and yes you can ask for a transcript of a call - it may come under a freedom of information request but they will tell you that when you ask.

I answered one of your previous threads but the thread was removed (as a duplicate/triplicate thread) before my answer submitted so the same may happen to this one. It is usually better to keep everything in one thread rather than start a new one each time you have another thought

Thanks islay, i will try when they phone.

Fictionfactory, i asked the question, then realised it was in the wrong category (Which i apologised for) then pressed the "X" to stop the page loading but it was too late. I then proceeded to post my original question the the designated location and one of the moderators must have kindly realised my plight and removed the question in the wrong place.
