Samsung Phone Says No Network When It Is Connected To Wifi.

Galaxy J5 2016 is connected to my internet at home so I switch off motile data. Last couple of days it says its not connected to network and only works when I switch on mobile data. I Have checked and it is connected re Settings Wifi.

If you are certain that the mobile has connected to a router and is logged on, then is the router having issues connecting to the Internet/WWW ?

Your router can be checked by checking that your PC can use the Internet. Your mobile by looking at the WiFi settings and seeing it says it's connected, then trying to bring a webpage up.
