limewire 4.9 version

My friend has registered with limewire and got his licence number but cannot download anything.  He can search and find the songs but nothing else.  Is there anywhere he has to enter the licence number? Thanks for any help

I use the basic version of Limewire which does not need registration but on most programs the registration is somewhere in the Help section, click on Help and look, there might be a enter reg number on the menu.

The worst problem I usually have when I download movies/music from the Internet is that in many cases it simply DOESNT WORK... I wait for hours till each movie/music is downloaded (I got a slow Internet connection) and when it finally do... I get an error... ERR so annoying...
