when i try to connect to bluetooth i get network unavailable make sure network access is available.i would appreciate any help {in lay mens terms please} thank you

Connect what to what using Bluetooth?

Have all your items been set to be visible ?
I'm no Bluetooth expert but I'm assuming network unavailable means nothing is seen. It's an error I'd expect to be seen when looking for WiFi rather than Bluetooth.
