I have ha a nectar card since it started but I haven't logged into my account for ages . I am trying to set up my mail points to add to my nectar account but cannot remember my password and they sent a number to my old phone number . How can I get in touch wit nectar to update my details . Any help gratefully received thank

Most log in tabs have a 'forgotten password tab'. Just click on this and follow instructions.

If you Google "Nectar points" there is a link at the bottom of the page for lost card. If you follow that link that send a code to an email address; if you have an email address registered with them that might be a way to proceed.

As an alternative you could apply for a new card, register that and then ask for the points from your old card to be added on to it.

I have just registered mine. Go to My Mail Points and click on 'Card not registered' there is then an option for 'forgotten password' click on that and register a new password.You can put your new phone no it before you click on 'send code'.

Thankyou for all the advice I wish I was 20 years younger then technology wouldn't be so hard to grasp. At least we have this website for assistance
