OH cant get her emails she keeps getting asked for password she has forgotton(its an age thing)what do we do please?

Usually there is a 'forgotten password' (actually they say 'forgot password? ' which makes me cringe) option

You can get that sometimes if the e-mail server is having issues.

Meanwhile you need to note passwords. There are programmes out there that will store then for you.

Aside from that, as mentioned, the e-mail website should have an option to send a password to a secondary e-mail, or failing that, some other option to verify you.
