Deleting An E Mail, Etc

When I wish to delete an e mail, the computer asks "Are you sure that you wish to delete this e mail".
How can I make my computer ask "Do you really wish to send this e mail"

How do you send your mail? Is it via a dedicated email client (such as Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird) or via your email provider's website?

Some email services provide a timer (which you can adjust), so that clicking on 'Send' gives you a set number of seconds to click on 'Cancel' if you realise you've made a mistake.

Back when I had to work for a living part of my job was sending Girocheques and orderbooks out from our computer system. Hit the enter button and away it went - and that was when you noticed the glaring error - there should have been thirty seconds to grab it back.
