Iphone X Or Iphone 8

Which Iphone do you think is best Iphone X or Iphone 8 just wondering? TIA

Will follow this with interest as I love iphones and I am due a free upgrade in November and not really sure myself which one is best.

I am a bit confused to be honest.

2 years ago, I changed over from an iphone 4 to an iphone 6, but not the 6 plus, which was a mistake.

Now, I would like to change over again, to a bigger phone, ie iphone 6 plus-sized, but O2 isn't offering it now.

Just seen the iphone 8, which I never knew existed !

Well the iPhone X is their "special" phone to celebrate the 10th year of the iPhone so it has all the bells and whistles (5.8" high quality screen for example).

However the 256GB model is £1,149.

You can buy the 64Gb model of the iPhone X for £999.

The iPhone 8 is £699 (64Gb) or £849 (256Gb)

The iPhone 8 Plus is £799 (64GB) or £949 (256GB)

Note that when Tim Cook took over from Steve Jobs in 2011 he was given shares worth 376 MILLION dollars.

The new Apple headquarters that have just opened cost 5 BILLION dollars to build.

The high price you all pay for your Apple phones help to fund those things !

Neither, unless you've got a Mac. If you mainly use Windows, especially Windows 10, go for a Windows phone:

Guilbert, I don't have to buy an iPhone I choose to buy an iPhone therefore they can do what they wish with my money what little they get of it.

I gave up on the iPhone last year but went back to it after 3 months of having a window's phone I hated it!!

Nobody buys Windows phones these days, if you aren't enamoured with iphones then Android is the way to go.

sorry, on re reading that sounded snotty....I meant I don't think there is a "best" it depends what you want the phone to do. I do most of my on the go stuff on an ipad, so I choose a lowish spec iphone.
