I need to get a mobile phone for my work team. It has to be pay as you go (one that doesn't expire). Does anyone know the best deals at the moment or any phone tarrifs i should look into or avoid ?

Try Virgin, you can have a Pay-as-you go but billed monthly or conventional pay-as-you-go. The rates are quite good and there is no contract. You have to buy a phone separately but it doesn't have to be a virgin one (although they have some quite cheap ones).
