Is Ebuyer.com dodgy?
7 Answers
I ordered a memory card from Ebuyer over a week ago and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but has still not arrived. It's impossible to get through on the 'phone so I am beginning to think I may have lost my 43! Anyone got any experience with this company?

Where items are despatched by courier they furnish a consignment number to enable the customer to track the delivery, however I presume a memory card would be sent via Royal Mail standard service and so you will be wholly reliant on the Post Office to deliver in a timely fashion.
It's just arrived so panic over. I am uneasy, though, with a company like this where most times I ring there is a message saying try again later. I got through once by hanging on for twenty minutes but, this morning, after hanging on for 12 minutes I got the "call back later" message. I don't think I will be in a hurry to use them again.
You wouldn't be the first person to have ebuyer problems.
