I Cant Get Into My Tesco Mobile Account Online

I have been on 'chat' to them several times. They are all saying different things. They keep sending me new passwords which do not work and then they suspend the account for 24 hours.

Seems the problem was that i had several different passwords sent and I was supposed to put them in and then change to my own password. I did not realise there was a time delay on doing this. I was sent more passwords this morning by text and the last one that I entered came up with another box for me to enter my own new password.
