For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.First we need to establish if it is just the key on the keyboard which is faulty or something amiss with your Operating System. This can be done by pressing the Windows Key along with the letter r and in the box that appears type osk to bring up the on screen keyboard.
Type say "OK" into the Answer box on this page and see if the on screen backspace will remove it. If it does, then it is definitely a fault with your keyboard. However, if it doesn't then it's more problematic.
Let us know and say whether you have a Desktop or Laptop and perhaps then I can make further suggestions.

@kvalidir.....It could well be mechanical failure, in which case a new keyboard might be the only answer. I have seen folk eating and drinking whilst on a keyboard . Only a crumb or the smallest amount of liquid getting behind a key can cause it to malfunction.
If your computer is a Desktop you could try turning over the keyboard and shaking it gently ,even if only to dislodge some dust which may have got behind a few keys.
