Listening To Music On Amazon

I have until recently enjoyed listening to samples of music tracks on amazon.co.uk (either under 'streaming' or 'MP3'.) I do this so if I find something I really like I can buy the CD. As of a couple of days ago I can now longer do this as the 'sample this album' feature has disappeared. Instead I am asked to download a free listening app instead - though I don't have a smartphone. If I access amazon.co.uk from a friend's computer the sampling facility is still there so there is obviously some link between amazon and my own computer. Is there a way for me to get the sampling facility back?
