I would be grateful for some advice I have a Samsung tablet a notice keeps coming
up about software update my tablet is android version this notice says about may
lose some data and need to reset Please help if anyone with a Samsung tablet what
I should do ? Many Thanks

Check it's genuine (probably is but you don't want to be infected) back up whatever you don't want to lose just in case. Then go for it and hold your breath.

My Google tablet has never warned me about potential data loss. It just updates on having been given permission.
