I want my Hotmail e-mails to be directed to my Microsoft Outlook acccount. How do I do this?

unless you pay for Hotmail plus, you cant. Microsoft stopped allowing POP3 access by its free accounts last year

get your very own personal email address instead.

Or get your friends or family to buy one for you for Christmas.

Then you can use Outlook and you'll also have a memorable email address.
