Downloading Bbc Iplayer App To Laptop

Hi AB techies out there ....
I've got an account with bbc iplayer, but I can't find anything on the site which will allow me to download an App onto my laptop, so I can go straight into it, rather than log in to the website every time. I've got an app for iplayer on my ipad, I think it was there as a default app but would like to have the app on my laptop. Hopeyou can help, many thanks, cheers, chox.

But do it from your laptop, not your phone or tapblet, as it knows which device you are using and shows only he appropriate option.

many thanks, I think I'v sorted it. Obviously, as suggested, I did it on my laptop. And I think it works, too! Thanks for your help appreciated!
