Hi. Have followed your instructions from my hijack of Emmie's post, and it appears the latest 2 were identical, Dec and Jan, and they were Malicious Software Removal Tool for W8, 8.1 and 10
Also seem to have a lot of Updates for Adobe Flash Player? *shrugs*
I do worry so for folk in their 80s and 90s who are reading and hearing "hasn't everybody got a Smartphone now?,"and how organisations are saying they hope to be completely paperless by 2020 :(

Haha Lie In. No offence intended with "that" machine resources comment. Glad you are running smooth.(there is a word that sounds just like it means). Strange thing is Lie In most of the ones who do post with tech. issues all seem to be running third party add on security programmes or ignoring basic common sense practices. It will get more prevalent as support is withdrawn from the old operating systems methinks. Gotta go out now catch you later Baths, and you on the FF thread Lie in. BFN.
Baths when you click the windows icon ignore what is on that screen. Go to the 4 lines top left that say "ALL APPS" when you hover your curser there. Click it and open the list off apps.......scroll down, they are in alphabetical order and click on Trusteer Endpoint. Click on it and it opens the dashboard.
