However, assuming this to be a genuine post, the 'official' answer to your question (i.e. the one the Google wants you to believe) is that it can't be done. However there are several 'back door' routes which might work. See here:

If you register with an android device, it'll (most probably) won't ask for verification. or you can provide alternate email address also.
