The Answerbank On Macbook Air

When I go to ask a question on The AnswerBank on my MacBook Air it wont let me into the question box I have to keep going back to my old PC

Have you signed in to AB on your Air?

I have It will let me answer a question but not ask

I've not problems on my work mac - I use Firefox.

I can't sign in to AB on my Samson Galaxy J5 - it recognises my username but when I put my password in it all goes back to asking for name and p w again. I've asked AB about it and am waiting for a reply.
