When I used to delete something, e.g a file in my Word directory, I used to get "asked" are you sure you want to delete? yes or no. Well, since my computer crash and repair, this facility or message or whatever it is called, is notresent when I want to delete. Is it just a case of the facility being hidden somewhere in my pc or how do I recreate or reinstate this. Plain English please, as I'm a techno-duffer and the simpler the better!...smile. Ta Muchly.

Hi Chris, I had to tweak a little into Properties, but that and the rest you say now works fine, so Very Many Thanks for that - have you changed your email address, as I tried to email you but my mail came back undelivered.

Sorry I forgot to mention going via 'Properties'. I felt sure that I'd typed that line but perhaps I deleted it by mistake before submitting my post. I'm pleased that you've got there in the end anyway.

I've just been into my email account settings and the address you've used before to contact me ( [email protected] ) should still work, so I've no idea why your email bounced.
