Printer Problems!
11 Answers
Since Windows 10 I have had problems with my Canon MG4150 printer. It kept saying it was not connected or recognised, but still printed after a few seconds.
I had a new router installed by Virgin last week and also Windows 10upgraded. Now my printer doesn’t work at all, and keeps coming up as default error. I have tried reinstalling it, but nothing works. Please can you help.
I also have another problem when downloading documents from Microsoft Office in Windows Enterprise 7 since Windows 10upgraded. Everything has to be reconfigured before it will open. Will I need to upgrade to a later package?
Many Thanks!

For your printer to detect the router, you could try this.
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button . Release the button when the wireless light starts blinking. Within two minutes, press and release the WPS button on your wireless router.
If it persists you may contact Printer Tech Support
