Tech-Pro.net is a perfectly respectable site. (If someone wants to mess with your computer, they'll find a far more efficient way of doing it than typing out loads of registry entries and putting them on a page which not many people will view!).
www.whois.com confirms the information on the site - the domain name is registered to Julian Moss, who is a regular writer for PC Advisor.
