I want to play the files on a portable player, so I need to know if I must get an MP4 Player, or if an MP3 Player will play the MP4 files purely as audio files.
So you can either:
(a) buy an MP4 player ; or
(b) use your PC to convert the MP4 files to MP3 (as per my three suggestions above) and then load those converted files onto your MP3 player.
