I am not sure if anyone can help but I am trying to get through to plusnet. Helpline is useless. Does anyone have any other numbers or advice.

Try to connect with them in any way possible and to find some other phone numbers to call, the official phone numbers are always busy and it is really hard to connect with them.

You could try contacting their Twitter Help team - I've found that most companies staff their Twitter teams with their best staff
