Any advice on which system to use for an irregular lunch group so that I can know who is coming and what their menu choice is?

There are always late responders and the thought was that a list which showed who had and had not responded would encourage quicker response........

We generally put all responses into a spreadsheet and then chase up those who haven't replied as needed
