Window Background Black ??

Today I was on my Outlook mail and twice on going to a website directly from the email,the background is black instead of white , one can negotiate ok (in this case Monsoon and Find my Past) this is the first time it has Tried happened,checked on my other email address,all is fine,also when I put address in manually....all very odd as this is only happening with my Samsung tablet.Tried turning off and restarting...the same.!!!
Has this happened to anyone on here ?
