How Can I Create A Microsoft Account ?

Hi,

Need to create a Microsoft account but it's just asking for sign in details. I don't know what they are (I thought I knew the e-mail account if there is one but when I select "forgotten password" it says ID doesn't exist).

How can I create the one I need ?
