Turns on and off fine, How ever, keypad doesnt work. How much to get fixed, or is it a new phone?

It's just as likely (or, indeed, more likely) that the fault lies within the electronic circuitry to which the keypad is connected.
If it really is just a keypad fault, then it might be worth the cost of a repair but it's more likely that you're going to have to buy a new phone. (It'll probably cost you somewhere between �30 and �50 just to get someone to check the phone over. You'll probably then be told, "Well, I could replace this part for another �50 but I can't guarantee that it'll work". So you could end up forking out �100 for nothing).
