Email

I use GMX email and in the last couple of days I’ve had a problem with opening mail from my in box.
When I open an email all that appears in the content window is the word “forbidden”.
Initially it was just the odd occasion but it’s happening more frequently now..
GMX help pages don’t seem to recognise this problem. Any help from you welcome.
