Transferring A Photo To Ab

Please could someone tell me as simply as possible how I can put a photo on to ( probably ) Chatterbank. I have a Samsung Galaxy J5
I know how to share a pic via WhatsApp or email.

you need it upload it to a pic sharing site, I use tiny pic and then post the link on here.

Tinypic is OK but a bit clunky. I find Thumbsnap a lot quicker and less laggy. Remember to scroll down to the direct link option. You may need to have the photo in your Gallery on the phone.
