As i have a new laptop i want to avoid filling it with viruses. So my days of downloading films from dodgy websites are over.
Also i haven't got internet at home, i rely on internet cafes and libraries.

The two most obvious are Netflix and Amazon Prime, which are subscription-based. You could also look at MoviesAnywhere.com, which isn't subscription-based but asks you to pay only for those movies you do decide to download.
