If using Windows try looking in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Delete any shortcuts for programs that you do not want to start automatically.

Hi Joey, Well I assume that it did not do this before, so you have a program which is being run when the PC starts up which is trying to access the internet, Probably a spyware or trojan or something which has installed itself on your PC when you went to some site without realising it. The problem is to get rid of it, you should try anti spyware stuff first, go to this site and they have a list of stuff you can use.
